We offer a 30 day returns satisfaction guarantee on our products.

We're dedicated to providing our customers with an enjoyable, pleasant online shopping experience, that's why we offer a 30 day return option on all products sold.

For whatever reason, if you change your mind about your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of your returned items if they are received back to us within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must not be damaged in any way, and include their original packaging.

Due to payment processing fees, used product disposal, original order packing and shipment costs incurred to us, we charge a 10% restocking fee.

Product return and refund procedures.

1. Want to return your purchase? No problem, just review our returns and refunds policy first (above).
2. Fill out our "contact us" form notifying us that you are making a return, and the reason why.
3. Securely pack the products with a printed copy of your order or payment invoice stating "refund required" to:

4. As soon as your return is received, we will check that everything is okay, and then refund your order via your original order payment method within two business days. Anything in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Pack returns securely to avoid damage during transit (as refunds cannot be offered on damaged products you send back to us).
Use "registered post". This method includes insurance and parcel tracking. We cannot offer refunds on parcels that are lost or stolen in transit.
