Our Range Of Massagers Include A Full 12 Month Australian / New Zealand Replacement Warranty.
Unlike other Australian retailers selling inferior similar products who only offer a shockingly dismal 14 and 30 day warranty.... our Magic Wand Massagers are backed by a one year full replacement warranty.

Hitachi Magic Wand AU Version comes with a 1 year warranty.

Because the products sold by us are distributed in Australia by us, all warranty claims are settled locally.
Your 12 month warranty begins at the time that your order is shipped.
Our warranty covers defects that may occur to your massager due to faulty manufacturing. Our warranty does not cover damage or faults that occur due to improper use, or cosmetic wear and tear.
If an item is found to have a manufacturers defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace your product with a new one.


Massager Attachments Warranty.
These items are aftermarket accessories, and include a generous 30 day Australian and New Zealand replacement warranty (starting at time of purchase) against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Claim Procedures.

1. Contact us via our "contact us" page notifying us of the problem with your product. You must supply us with your name, email address, order number, and a brief description of the fault.
2. After responding to your request, please ship your item (product carton not required) and a printed copy of your purchase and / or payment invoice to us at:

3. After we have received your faulty product, inspected it, and it has been deemed faulty due to a manufacturing fault, we will ship you a brand new replacement product at our cost.
We will also refund your return shipping cost of the faulty product to us, back to your original order payment method (capped at $11.00).

Note:
Products found to be non-faulty or faulty due to incorrect use will be held by us for 30 days, then disposed of. Customers are required to pay us for return packaging and shipping of their item back to them.
