For your peace of mind, all orders are securely packed in strong cardboard cartons, bubble wrap, within plain tamper proof outer plastic satchels. Online parcel tracking and signature on delivery is included.
Once orders leave our premises, they ship through Australia Posts Bundall 4217 sorting centre.
There is no mention of contents nor hitachimassager.com.au on parcels. Only you will know what's inside!
Regular Delivery - AUD$9.95.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with delivery by Parcel Post Courier (Australia Post). Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia, once orders leave our premises. Rural and isolated areas may take longer.
Express Delivery - AUD$14.95.
Orders with express delivery are dispatched the same business day they are placed (if placed before 2pm AEST). A business day is classed as not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. Delivery is by Express Parcel Post courier (Australia Post). Delivery time is usually the next business day after shipping if your delivery location is within the Express Parcel Post Network. Areas outside the Express Network are delivered by the fastest possible means. Express Parcel Post Network postcodes can be viewed here: express network.

Express Post is currently not a guaranteed next business day service, with Australia Post temporarily suspending compensation for delivery delays. your order will be transferred to your nearest Australia Post outlet for signature on pick up at your convenience. The Parcel Post courier will card your mailbox notifying you of this. Online parcel tracking will also notify you of this.
New Zealand Delivery: from AUD$24.95.
Your order is not subject to New Zealand import duties and GST unless it has a calculated value of NZD$1000.00 or more.
EMS express air freight delivery to New Zealand starts at AUD$24.95, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days (due to the COVID-19 situation, deliveries may face slight delays by Australia Post and New Zealand Post). Orders are securely packed within a tough plain brown carton for security, privacy and discretion. The delivery fee includes a parcel tracking number which is emailed to you, and signature on delivery. The shipping rate may increase depending on the quantity of items purchased.
Orders placed on a weekend, public holiday, or after 2.00pm (Brisbane time) on a weekday are dispatched the next business day.
Once you've placed your order, we will prepare your products for dispatch by Australia Posts EMS express air freight service.
To keep you informed, we'll also notify you by email soon after your order has been shipped, providing you with your tracking number and a link to the Australia Post parcel tracking website.
Your order will be delivered by New Zealand Post. You may also use their website for parcel tracking in conjunction with Australia Post tracking at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking.
Tips On Streamlining Your Delivery.
Deliveries are made during weekday business hours (and sometimes on Saturdays), and require a name and signature on delivery. If no one is available to accept deliveries, your mailbox will be carded and your parcel forwarded to your local post office for collection at your convenience.
To avoid a missed delivery:
consider having your order delivered to a work address, post office box, a free 24/7 Australia Post parcel locker, or use Australia Post's parcel collect, which is their free post office collection service.
If using a work address:
always include the company name, level and/or unit number (this makes it easier for the delivery driver to find you).
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when completing our secure checkout. If you've discovered it is not correct after completing your purchase, please contact us asap to have it corrected. Alternatively you can have your parcel redirected by logging into the Australia Post website.
If you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, HitachiMassager.com.au is not liable for delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered parcels. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (return to sender), re-delivery to a correct or alternate address is at the customers expense.
For any reason, if a shipment has been fulfilled for an order, original shipping charges incurred to us or to the customer are non-refundable.
